story
a great treat for all and a must on every cheese plate.
character
the sweetness of the fig and the acidity of the apples make one perfectly harmonizing symbiosis. a pinch of dijon mustard gives the whole thing a sharp note – even fusion chefs are envious.
playground
the sweet companions are very compatible and don't be afraid to face even the strongest cheeses. We like our sänf the most with a piece schlossberger.
