At Jumi, we are the product of 125+ years of cheese making. Over five generations, our family members have become wonderful cheese artisans, aiming to improve and enrich the range of Swiss cheeses.
In the UK, we have established ourselves as the home of raclette and fondue with a wide range of flavours and a single guarantee – the quality and flavour will always be phenomenal.
All orders are processed between Wednesday and Friday.
Orders placed between these days are processed on the same day. All other orders will be processed on the next Wednesday from the order date.
Our shipping partners aim for next day delivery, however, this is not absolute and may vary.
We commit to a minimum of 7 days from the date of delivery. Use by dates will also be provided on the labels of our products and these are likely to be much longer.
All of our cheeses use silage free raw milk from the emmental or aaretal regions of Switzerland. We offer a variety of options in goat, sheep, and cow milk.
No, online orders are only for delivery and cannot be collected.

Housi Glouser, who wasn’t an ordinary Emmentaler, wanted to see the world. Eventually, he perfected a classic raclette recipe, which has become a beloved tradition. Over time, we went beyond tradition and experimented with a variety of flavours that have become favourites in households around the world. with the experience from 5 generations, we make the Schlossberger cheese in the emmental according to the old family recipe. Our cows eat fresh grass in summer and hay in winter. Together with the white wine from Vaud, a spicy mixture for our fondue comes about.Â

the milk for this cheese is processed directly, which means that the milk is not warmed up or cooled after milking, the small balls are shaped by hand, after about a week they come to the cellar where they mature for six to ten weeks before being sent to the wide world.
