a small red smear cheese from the deep valleys – actually thought of as the cheese maker's Christmas present to his family, friends and well-known ones.

a lovely interaction between gentle milk and strong spruce. at first glance the cheese presents itself very well and creamy with a light acidity then the taste of the spruce unfolds.

All of our cheese is shipped with labels that have best before dates. We commit to a minimum best before date of one week from the delivery date. Raclette cheese can be frozen for later use.
