history
the basis is the well-known little mutschli named möndli. But this then does an extra round in our smokehouse. Thanks to the wood chips from our friend and cantonal forester Hampi, it gets its golden-brown bark and smoky aroma.

All of our cheese is shipped with labels that have best before dates. We commit to a minimum best before date of one week from the delivery date. Raclette cheese can be frozen for later use.
