A little story
A well-rounded, floral, and peppery flavor awaits you here. Five different types of pepper were roasted over an open fire, processed in various grinds, and combined in our fine fresh cheese. The magic blend comes from the following five types of pepper:
Black pepper, the classic, robust one
Pink pepper, the eye candy
Sansho pepper, the floral one
Assam long pepper, the sweet one
Bourbon pepper, the fruity one
This cheese has so many unique notes that it doesn't really need any accompaniment. It is still often washed down with a glass of wine as an aperitif.

All of our cheese is shipped with labels that have best before dates. We commit to a minimum best before date of one week from the delivery date. Raclette cheese can be frozen for later use.
