story
the name of this cheese came from the Jumi crew's moderate knowledge of French. That's what we originally wanted to call it bleu maison and took it with us to the Märit in Bern. but when the name was pronounced, it sounded more like the blue tit and so the new name quickly became established. and we think this name works for our blue mould soft cheese.
