With the experience of 5 generations, we cheese the Schlossberger cheese in the Emmental according to an old family recipe. Our cows eat fresh grass in the summer and hay in the winter. The result is a natural product at perfect maturity. Together with the white wine from Vaud, the result is the spicy mixture for our fondue.
