mushroom production is always a very special event in our house. The small pearl mushrooms are not cut, but rather braised in the vinegar broth with wild scratching and roasted vegetables.

All of our cheese is shipped with labels that have best before dates. We commit to a minimum best before date of one week from the delivery date. Raclette cheese can be frozen for later use.
