a classic cream cheese pickled in oil and flavored with herbs, the name in Italy stands for all the small, fresh and soft cheeses. and that's exactly how our formaggini comes from it. We also put it in oil after it has been made and season it with herbs. This gives it an additional aroma and remains very durable.
