Chilli La Bouse

This is a cheese for the wild and fiery. Our creamy la bouse cut in half and filled with fresh cheese and Swiss chilli. A flavour explosion, but also beautiful to the eye. It fits perfectly on a cheese board in the evening. The cheese has a strong taste that doesn't need to be accompanied, however, one can never go wrong with a slice of bread or a cracker. Enjoy it for breakfast or dinner. The cheese uses raw cow milk. It is a soft cheese that weighs approximately 200 grams and is aged about four weeks.
