Questions about shipping, delivery dates and shelf life

When will I get my order?

All orders are processed between Wednesday and Friday.

Orders placed between these days are processed on the same day. All other orders will be processed on the next Wednesday from the order date.

Our shipping partners aim for next day delivery, however, this is not absolute and may vary.

How long will the cheese last?

We commit to a minimum of 7 days from the date of delivery. Use by dates will also be provided on the labels of our products and these are likely to be much longer.

If you are ordering for a specific, we recommend placing your order 7 days in advance to avoid issues with delivery delays that are outside our control. The cheese will be okay for your occasion.

What milk do our cheeses use?

All of our cheeses use silage free raw milk from the emmental or aaretal regions of Switzerland. We offer a variety of options in goat, sheep, and cow milk.
