La Bouse in a new guise—dressed in the color of chive blossoms. The nimble hands in the Jumi universe hand-cut the garden-picked chives into delicate rolls. There's a special "chive knife" for this purpose, and it may only be used for this task! Thus, another member of the Jumi Cream team was born.

All of our cheese is shipped with labels that have best before dates. We commit to a minimum best before date of one week from the delivery date. Raclette cheese can be frozen for later use.
